We watch this show even though it makes me hungry.What makes it even more enjoyable is that we have eaten at some of the places he has had on the show.

As American as Apple Pie (with Jalapenos and Gorgonzola)
Guy Fieri and "triple D" make me laugh and keep me interested in Life. This episode features Karen the Chef whom my wife worked with. Great fun!

Another serving of comfort food for a cold winter's night
Guy Fieri, Food Network Icon (Unlike the missing icon on this thing in Amazon), spikey hair, always upbeat and does a good job of being respectful of whomever he is interviewing regardless of whether or not he really likes their food.

Basic premise; Guy is riding around the US in his car, going to different... Well, diner's, drive-in's and dives.

I've just cut the cable and this was one of the few shows I was still watching on cable. So, I'm taking some of my hard earned profits and buying stuff I really like... Like this.

If you enjoy seeing off the beaten path eateries, eclectic menu's, and sometimes part of animals cooked in such a way as you'd never go near it. Then this series is for you.

Does it get repetitive? 16 seasons, how can it avoid it really? Still entertaining to see all of these places and people's ideas of a good eatery.

What could you do to improve it?
