I am so excited to find these Chefs A'Field offered on Amazon Prime. This particular episode has Chef Traci showing us how to cook grassfed beef steak. I have been searching for a good video to explain how best to cook it. I just finished the third video in this series and so far I am super impressed and inspired to seek out the ingredients to make all these great recipes. Thank you to all these awesome Chefs for sharing your recipes and ideas with those of us who enjoy learning to cook! Thumbs up for this series and for Amazon to offer it to us as part of Prime package!
